Had my taxes done here as a new business owner and was told I would receive help with quickbooks. I had a budget of $500 set aside, which according to multiple businesses operating on my level (single member LLC) was high for the work I needed done. I did as much as possible on my end to ease the process and came out with a $500.00 invoice, the top end of my budget. I received no help with quickbooks, and the staff was completely unorganized. I also tried following up a month ago with the office, since they have all my information, to see if my business was on track for the year, and still have not received a reply.If you want a CPA that doesn't care about your business... read full review
