I had never heard of I M Works but chose them based on an overall 4.8 rating, the positive reviews and the location near me. Within minutes of meeting Ashlie for an estimate, I thought the price was fair and reasonable. I had good vibes that they would do a great job and therefore accepted the offer without even getting estimates anywhere else! They replaced the left rear light and rear bumper and the paint matched perfectly. I dropped the car off on a Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday, which was about 1/2 week sooner than anticipated.
