I have used Marcus 3 times over almost 10 years and he always does a great inspection of the home as well as sends me a detailed report, which I appreciate so much. Most recently we were able to create a report to send to the sellers for repairs we wanted done prior to close. Our realtor was very impressed with this report and said it made her life a lot easier. He even looked at a homemade tree house on the property to ensure it was safe for children and gave us advice on how to make it safer. He is great and I will never use any other inspector for a home I plan to purchase.

Marcus went above and beyond to give us the most detailed report, drove over an hour to us, got in every nook and cranny, and cleaned up before leaving!
