This place is what customer service should be. If it were a restaurant, it would be a 5 star Michelin restaurant. One visit could replace weeks of therapy. If you are a doe-eyed homeowner walking in knowing nothing about the electrical functionings of your home and trying to shop for a not-so-clear electrician that sent you on a last minute run, they will gather round and track down the last vintage parts in the city for your outdated home. When you return the next week to return extra parts, you will find you have become an old friend, and you will consider coming up with new electrical issues just so you can keep visiting. Life savers!

When I first called, I was connected with Gee (Bob Garringer), who quickly proved to be one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful professionals I have ever worked with. His expertise, responsiveness, and willingness to help have made every project run more smoothly....read full review
I personally love Loeb. They carry a wide variety of product and a good quantity of it. They are quick to deliver if needed and the staff is great. Their showroom has prices on a lot of their product and tools so you don't have to ask them to pull up the price of everything you are interested in. They are definitely a great electrical supply house.
