It is a nice community. Maintenance is taken care of promptly. I have, however, had one reoccurring problem. My stove is the original. It needs replaced. It has never cooked food properly. Over a year ago my wife was promised a new stove. Each time I submit a service request they dutifully send someone out to fix it. It works Ok for a couple of weeks. I have left messages at the home office.
