I had such a lovely Pilates intro session with Nia! She was so kind, welcoming, and encouraging while also being very informative and professional. She made me feel comfortable right away and excited to start my Pilates journey!!

Great place to work out. Patrick Wassler is a great teacher and encourager,I probably wouldn't have kept going if it wasn't for Patrick. He will torture you,but hey who doesn't like a little torture now and then!
Patrick W was very knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. I had a knee injury and Patrick developed a strengthening routine for me to follow and then worked with me to implement the plan. I am happy to say that my knee is much better and I am back to enjoying pickleball with my friends!
