My experience with Koehler Roofing could not have been better. The crew was very efficient and did such a thorough job with the tear off, shingle replacement and cleanup. They also replaced gutters and downspouts and that phase of the job also went smoothly. Jim and Christian were easy to get in touch with and kept me updated throughout the project. Very very happy with the finished work. True professionals!
This is an incredibly honest company. I noticed water in my garage. I immediately thought it was the roof as it is an aging roof. Christian met me at the house, listened carefully to my concerns, grabbed his ladder, climbed up on the roof and carefully inspected it. He took pictures then explained what he saw. He saw indeed an aging roof, but nothing warranting replacement or repair. He told me to take pictures next time and send them to him so we could pinpoint the problem better. Now he could have easily suggested a new roof. How would I know the difference? But he didnt. This kind of honesty is so refreshing!
