Mike from Fire and Ice/Bassett was fantastic. Helped troubleshoot furnace malfunction and got it back up and running after doing a thorough inspection. No pressured sales or pressure to replace anything but what was needed to get things back up and running. Would go to again in the future.
Another professional and well-trained technical service rep from Fire & Ice. Mitch answered all questions knowledgeably, explained options and estimates understandably, and executed approved maintenance, efficiently.
Unable to determine the source of the error codes which have shut down my HVAC over the last several years, Tim and Justin have agreed to return on short notice so long as I don’t reboot the system and leave the error code in place. I think our best chance for resolution of this long-term problem is upon us.
