I was referred to iDry by a family member. I had water damage caused by an upstair condo. IDry came in and remediate the water damage. They removed drywall and flooring in my kitchen, family room and hallway. They ran fans to dry out the condo. I also used iDry to repair all the damage. My experience was nothing but GREAT. I have a rental property and my tenant that moved out had ferrets and cats which left a disgusting odor behind. I later learned that the ferrets were urinating and defecating in a couple of the floor registers so the smell would intensify when the air conditioner was turned on. Needless to say, the smell was a deterrent for potential renters. After having the air ducts and floor cleaned, my only other option was to call a company that could place ozone generators in the unit. I contacted them on a Thursday, they came and gave me an estimate on Friday and had the ozone generators placed by Saturday. The focus was clean up after significant mice infestation at a currently uninhabited home. I was able to meet with Cathryn and Curtis in a timely manner after my initial contact, and speaking directly with Cathryn. It was immediately clear that their approach to doing business was “old school”, and very refreshing. I had put off taking action on this matter for about 2.5 years, secondary to the task feeling overwhelming. The physical and emotional aspects of this project seemed insurmountable.
