Karl truly went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough, noting 130 items in the report. I definitely recommend being there in person because he explained each of the items, how much they concerned him, and what I should do for each. As a first-time home buyer, it was invaluable how much I learned during the inspection. I feel way better about becoming a homeowner, and feel like I know everything there is to know about my house now.
