I wanted to get bangs but wasn't sure with what shape was the most flattering for my face so I was looking for someone with more experience. When I first walked in, I noticed how cozy and cleanly the place was which is a very good sign lol. Crystal is also amazing. She took her time listening to my wants, what I don't want, as well as my concerns. I felt very comfortable communicating with her. She also makes it very easy to talk to which is important for me because I'm awkward and have anxiety. She was also very good at blending all of my wants into the style. Crystal did a phenomenal job with my hair that was in dire need of a transformation. She listened to what my ideas were, was attentive and stopped midway to ask how I liked the results so far. She is a great conversationalist and fun! If you want a fun hairstyle that’s classy or edgy this is your gal. I’m so happy with my results!
