Wonderful service today from Amanda with Gahanna Heating & Cooling! I put in a request for service overnight and received 3 call backs before 8:30! Erin promised a technician between 12-4. Amanda arrived around 12:10 found the problem and fixed it. When she came upon problems she went above and beyond to get the right parts on Friday afternoon. Thank you!
Gahanna Heating and Cooling installed a New furnace and air conditioning about 8 years ago in our house. the heating was good , but the air conditioning while running would leak water from the top of the furnace and down the top and side of the furnace onto the floor.
I would call them every spring and they would come out to fix this issue.
Each time the tech would try different things to fix it.This would work for awhile and start again.
Today a different tech came out to service the air conditioner and address the leaking.

Imagine the feeling of my relief of seeing the Gahanna Heating and Cooling van today! Our AC stopped working properly last night and with the heat yesterday and today, the house was feeling a bit warm. Major props to Gahanna Heating and Cooling for a quick fix. Amanda was so friendly and efficient (and pumped to support women in a trade! ?)
