Small businesses like this are gems. Nothing beats the one to one communication. They know what they're doing and won't try to rip you off. They came to my home, solved the problem, explained what they did, cleaned up and left without trying to sell me anything or convince me that something else was wrong. Refreshing.

I didn't catch the young man's name but he showed up when he said he would and worked very hard and professionally to solve our problem. It wasn't easy to find but we had a nail thru a Pex pipe. it took 3 years before leaking.
He also made sure the fix was correct before we signed off on it. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely use Baumann & Sons again if we have problems.
