He was unable to resolve my motherboard issue. Didn’t really need the diagnostics to know that it was a motherboard issue, but he is friendly.As a consumer, if you assume that it is a motherboard issue, not sure if I would recommend. If it is general computer maintenance, then yes.I ended up running a multimeter test found the blown fuse and capacitor myself. I replaced them myself.

It ain't cheap, but he is trustworthy, comes to you, gets the job done, is communicative, and there are no hidden or surprise costs. He does house calls and will deliver back to you upon completion. He was able to come to me the same day I called after my computer bit the dust. I am a small business, and my computer is crucial to my productivity. This guy is great so if you have computer problems, do yourself a favor and call him. What I appreciated: he answered his phone right away. He was on his way to an appointment so said he would call back and told me when he would. He did what he said he would do. Came to our home the next day and arrived promptly on time. He fixed problems on our two computers. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. This was truly old-fashioned service, attention to detail and we appreciated his excellent service!
