About Franklinton Dental Group
Franklinton Dental Group is a dental practice in the community that is known for its friendly, caring, and people-oriented staff. The dentist, Dr. Wilden, and the team are praised for their excellent service and for making even procedures like tooth extractions feel comfortable and relaxing. The practice is particularly noteworthy for its willingness to accept Medicare and Medicaid, which many other dental offices in the area do not. This has made Franklinton Dental Group a popular choice for patients, with people driving from surrounding counties and even other states to receive care. While the office may be small and the wait times can be long due to the high demand, the staff is dedicated to providing affordable and accessible dental services to the community. The dentist is described as friendly and "old-school," and the overall atmosphere is laid-back. However, some patients have noted that the office could benefit from updated equipment and a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, a few have had concerns about the professionalism of some staff members. Despite these minor drawbacks, Franklinton Dental Group is generally viewed as a valuable resource for the community, offering quality dental care to those who might otherwise struggle to find affordable options.

This is in direct consequence of post Covid and dental offices across the nation having permanently locked up their offices. The one's that are...read full review
Do NOT get dentures from this place unless you plan to make 20 trips back and forth
This office does a great service to the community. Many dentists stopped taking Medicare because it pays such small amounts compared to the dentists costs. Patients drive from hours away to this office because these guys are hanging onto Medicare services as help to those who need it. Yes it will be crowded, yes it's a small office... This is an important part of Franklinton and to all those who visit. Be respectful and understand what this is.
