Odd stuff happened from beginning shoulda been my hears your sign moment as I found out Monday that they closed 2weeks ago July 15 2022! And yet I got no call or letter and it makes me wonder what really happened cause all I get saw was 3-5 young girls running around the office and asking me about a totally different injured nut related to my BWC claim….#heresyoursign

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional! The place is very dirty. Don’t waste your time. The treatments they use always out of order. The heat pads smells! It’s a concern that this place is still open! These people don’t care for your well being. Very money hungry as well!

I would not recommend Franklin Park Medical for any BWC claims. I visited the broad st facilities and was take off work duties and then when it came to filling out the correct forms for my claim everyone in the office filled out the incorrect paperwork. Then when I tried to address the situation with the BWC claims rep she became very loud talking about my medical information in the lobby so other patients could hear our conversation. The doctor even filled out my medical documentation wrong.
