Everyone is super friendly, and while the glasses frame selection for my insurance wasn't very large, it was high in quality, which is pretty good based on the fact that I'm on Medicaid.

They really take great care of their patients, Don't rush you spends quality time and will let you know if they are running behind.... Great customer service...and if you have any issues ,they do their best to resolve it.Gem on the Westside!!! Been going there for years.

This year I switched to Family Vision & Eye Care after several years of going to a local chain of eye doctors and happy I made the switch.Although the office is in an older outdated strip mall, they do well keeping up the showroom and examination rooms. During my visits, the facilities have been clean and tidy.The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient, and maintain a great attitude.I've experienced two optometrists over my last two visits and both have been appeared to genuinely care about my well-being and did well communicating the details of my visit with me in a way I can understand.I highly recommend visiting Family Vision & Eye Care...read full review
