The work crew showed up on time and worked quickly, while not sacrificing quality on the finished product. Although initially I wasn’t completely happy with the result, Matt acted immediately by sending the crew back to make it right, and after an additional day of work, the floors are FABULOUS. The project was in a home that is more than 100 years old and the floors have NEVER been refinished, so it took a bit more effort to make them as perfect as possible, and FF did so without hesitation. So it would be without hesitation that I would hire them to do floors for me on any future projects I get into!

Outstanding work to restore my 130 year old floors. The team was quick, worked within the needs of the project, and even offered suggestions about treating the floor.
Where i ding them was the wood filler used was old, and isn’t level after sanding - can see fingerprints from the crew and clumping from where it wasn’t fully cured / filled. To their credit, the gaps were larger, but it felt rushed. Also they need to figure out the trash removal process. The sawdust and crew trash was left, with the explanation it wasn’t safe to transport in a van.
The team that came to refinish my floors were very courteous and professional. They did their best to keep the dust from entering other areas of my home with the plastic coverings. It was quite impressive . Pictures do not do them justice . My floors look amazing . Thank you Fabulous Floors
