I cannot say enough good things about Spencer the tech we had come out and treat from EPM!!!! Seeing a woman in that business already made me feel more comfortable as a girl who lives alone and she took care of all the spiders like a champ and was super nice to my dog. She is a 12 out of 10 and the person I will call every time.
Nathaniel, was my pest control operator today? He was very polite wonderful. He explained to me what I should be doing. Also, he was the first one ever to let me know that the chemicals were too potent for me or the dog to be in the property. I truly appreciate that from him. Because in this type of situation, I've never came in contact with cockroaches. And so I don't know what to do. You know, Google sometimes gives you the wrong information. A few days before, that visit was by Shaun to check groundhog trap and set the second one.
The pest created a warren immediately against the foundation, which is a huge No-No for house safety. Shaun gave me great tips for what to do to protect the foundation after they eventually catch the groundhog and do initial backfill of the hole. Really appreciate the time he gave me as well.
