Took work shoe to repair hole and told would be done in about two weeks. I inquired if could be done earlier and was told they would call when completed. They called two days later and also discussed several issues they found. I was able to pickup and the additional work was completed. The gentleman said he realized it was a work situation and completed job earlier. They have exceeded my expectations. Have used them in past and will use them again as needed. **Review for Dr. Shoe Repair** I'll admit, I experienced a bit of sticker shock at first since I'm used to cheaper prices back in NYC--probably because there's so much competition. But I'm so glad I gave Dr. Shoe a chance because this man is truly a master of his craft. When I mentioned my surprise at the cost, he immediately offered me a $50 credit for my next visit, which really showed me how much he values his customers. I brought in a few pairs for relatively simple repairs, like adding heel caps, but he went above and beyond by polishing them to perfection. They look brand new! Excellent work and craftsmanship! I have been searching for a place that can work on higher end product. I took a pair of Ferragamo in for new sole/heels. Wow. Like brand new. I also noticed on pick up today the excellent work they are doing on boots, belts, purses and leather jacket refinish. I WILL be back!As well, my shoes were done on time. I've used other places in the past, showed up on pick up day to find they were not even looked at. Here, they delivered right on time!Five stars across the board.
