I love this practice, and have been coming here for years. As a pale-skinned girl of Irish/Northern Italian descent with plenty of moles, I feel the standard of care is top tier. I’ve always felt valued as a patient, and I’ve never met a doctor or employee here with a bad personality, nor have I felt rushed or dismissed on my (many) health concerns.
I usually see PA Jana, and adore her demeanor. She is especially great engaging my children who are frequently are in tow for visits.
Office communication/scheduling has been on point too. Same day calls returns, or messaging within the portal. Prompt biopsy test results.

Hands down the best! Dr. Hicks-Graham is informative, kind, and patient. I appreciate her taking time to give advice beyond medication management. I love the staff at the office. All emailed or phone communication is responded to timely!
