When I requested references to arrange my father's home going services, I was told this funeral home went above and beyond. I was not disappointed. They were very professional, efficient, dedicated, and caring. The funeral director, the limo driver, the office staff, even the motorcade security all took this task as if it were their own family. That is how they made me feel and that was my experience with the Diehl-Whittaker team. They strove for excellence and they made us feel like family.

When my husband passed, we had previously purchased a funeral package. I went to meet with the director, who was a very kind individual. We basically went over everything that had been pre-planned. It was a pretty seamless process. I was provided with specific information regarding the flow of the services. I was given the opportunity to make some minor requests to enhance the service. My husband had wanted to be cremated. The remain were returned to me promptly. The staff has followed up just to check in with me, which was appreciated, as the grieving process continues.
