Dr. Waterfield is amazing, I love her and her support staff/nurses are all wonderful. But, Tammy, her office appointment scheduler, is one of the rudest, unhelpful, and argumentative receptionists I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. If I didn’t love Dr. Waterfield so much, I would have left the first time I spoke with Tammy. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first time I spoke with her, but it’s been like this every time. Unfortunate.

New to the area my son was in the hospital before the holidays and they recommended to take him in a week or 2 after leaving. I inquired online to have an appointment scheduled.

The scheduling lady was either having a bad day or hates her life. She came off rude, wasnt very helpful and made me hammer her for simple information. After hanging up. I decided ill be looking elsewhere.
Im sure the doctor is great, but this wasnt a gold representation for a first call. I dont want to be dealing with this kind of attitude every time my son needs an appointment

The doctors and nurses here are excellent and really take the time to answer all your questions. While there can be a bit of a wait sometimes, they are generally on time. It's a very reliable clinic, and the staff are incredibly helpful and professional !
