Dropped off my grandson's gaming computer because it was overheating and turning itself off. Bought it at BestBuy less than a year ago. It still had a warranty on it and I was talked into buying a membership to get better services should I ever need service. It was a nightmare trying to get BestBuy to diagnose (let alone repair it). So I took it to Computer Point on Claycraft Rd. Dealt directly with Mike, the owner. He diagnosed the problem and had it ready to pick up in @ 3 days and only cost me $150 bucks to fix it. He was very professional pleasant to deal with. I'm so glad I found this company!!!! ☺
