“I want to give a heart felt review to the guys at Jones and spring. I called in to ask about vibration from my steering wheel. The person answered my call was JD. Man that guy really saved my life. He insisted I come in right away to get it inspected and didn’t even want to charge me for it. After inspection, I found that my draft shaft was dangerously loose and was worried that it was a big job. They really could have charged me an arm and leg if they were a typical mechanics.
But let me tell you, it was a fresh of breath air because these guys are so different than what I’m used to as an over the road trucker. It was touching to finally deal with honorable mechanics. The gentlemen at the front desk are also extremely kind. They got me in and out same day. Also my bill was very reasonable. Thank you to JD, Chuck, and Glen for providing me water and to all the mechanics who worked on my truck.. Lastly, I want to give a special thank you to Adam. Man that was guy was down to earth and very patient with all my questions. I asked to view the truck and didn’t hesitate to give me a peek to see underneath the truck.
