Great service! Cold air stopped so we ended up needing service the next day (Saturday). Chris Jordan was dispatched to us for a 10am arrival. After a few questions and testing electrical on our compressor, Chris determined the problem was a failed capacitor. After quick replacement (parts on truck), we switched the unit on and it was cold after only a few minutes. Excellent service and quick return to comfort. We enrolled in a service plan to help with problems through the year. Thank you CWA!

We had our 25 year old HVAC system finally kick the bucket. Someone came out within an hour to take a look and arranged for Delonte to help us with a quote. He was very kind and explained everything in detail. He took the time to find us a finance plan that worked for us. He was even able to get it arranged for our installation to happen the next day! Nothing but good things to say about the technicians as well. Great service all around
