Your technician damaged our front door and destroyed our key and deadbolt. He took $180 for the service and when we called to complain about the damage, the phone number lead to the tech at first, who assured us that if we called Columbus Metro locksmith we would be made whole. When we called, the number lead to a different locksmith and every time we called subsequently to get ahold of Columbus Metro it was a different locksmith company. Surely it's an answering service and no one could help me. And now, I cannot get anyone to answer. Do not use their services.
