We locked ourselves out of our house. They dispatched a locksmith immediately and he arrived within 30 minutes. Jack was very nice, personable, and efficient. I appreciated that he asked for I.D. before he started to assure we weren’t breaking into someone else’s home. Our keypad loop lock had broken and Slage had sent a new one under warranty. Jack drilled out the old lock and installed the new one within a half hour. We were very pleased with the service he provided, but it cost more than expected.
Derek E did an AMAZING job. Quick to respond, called on his way, sent a photo of the tech ahead of time, very friendly and fast service! Can't say enough how much I appreciate it!!!!
The best service EVER. Derrick was very prompt and professional. Made the experience very pleasant. Our door at Amy’s donuts fell off the top hinge. And he did a great job find the problem and fixing it in a very timely professional manner! I will most definitely be recommending this service to anyone who needs it! Thanks again so very much!!
