We locked ourselves out of our house. They dispatched a locksmith immediately and he arrived within 30 minutes. Jack was very nice, personable, and efficient. I appreciated that he asked for I.D. before he started to assure we weren’t breaking into someone else’s home. Our keypad loop lock had broken and Slage had sent a new one under warranty. Jack drilled out the old lock and installed the new one within a half hour. We were very pleased with the service he provided, but it cost more than expected.

The best service EVER. Derrick was very prompt and professional. Made the experience very pleasant. Our door at Amy’s donuts fell off the top hinge.
