I recently had an appointment at CAC West. It was very refreshing to go to such a well organized Health Care Facility. The wait time was minimal, the facility seemed very clean. So, the most important part is my appointment with Doctor Parsa. She was very pleasant, detailed and competent during my appointment. My wife had accompanied me, we were both very pleased with our interaction with Dr Parsa!
I visited 170 Taylor Station CAC. Everyone I met at the center was professional and friendly. From the doctors to the receptionists, everyone listened to my questions patiently and answered them clearly and directly. It is a very knowledgeable, efficient, and caring team. I was very impressed with everyone I met. Dr. Navya Parsa was exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, explained her clinical reasoning in a way that was easy to understand, and answered every question patiently. I never felt rushed, and I left the appointment feeling confident that I was receiving thoughtful, evidence-based care.
I see Dr. Ravipati at this location. From my first appointment everyone was always friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend that if you suffer from arthritis to definitely see these providers.
