I have with the VA here in Columbus Ohio for 15 years and I have always got excellent service. The Doctors have given me as much time as I needed. The nurses and the desk staff always are kind and patient every time I go there. Seth Watterson

I've had a very positive experience with Women's health, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Radiology (X-ray & MRI), and Medical records. Lab had a long wait but they only had 2 techs with 1 working on a difficult patient - as a healthcare professional, I understood the situation and patiently waited. I had a consultation with Chiropractic which was also great, just couldn't get scheduled for how often they wanted me in so they referred me off-site. Every employee I've encountered has been very kind and professional.
