The lost to care coordinator Gavin (don't know his last name) did an excellent job reaching out to me and making sure I got scheduled for my follow-up appointment. He was respectful, professional, and persistent without being overwhelming. I really appreciated how easy he made the process and how much he seemed to genuinely care about my health.

I have had some of the most genuinely incredible experiences here, and I want to express just how much this place has meant to me. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt different- warm, kind, and truly welcoming, with a strong sense of community and a passion for helping people. The mobile unit is AMAZING, I'm terrified of needles and the person who did my blood draw was so gentle I literally didn't even feel it. Seriously I need them to do all my blood work for the rest of my life ?. All the staff were fantastic though, and the whole process was extremely quick and easy. Highly recommend!
