This gym is an integral part of my life. The training that I receive here is elite, and Brandon is a top tier coach. I’ve been coming for almost 4 years and have made lifelong friendships, while bettering myself physically. Whatever your level of training or skill, there is a place for everyone here.

It's old school, but clean as a whistle and such a professional atmosphere. "Old school" in the sense it's minimalist because you don't need a lot of fancy equipment for your coach to teach you martial arts.
