This company is poorly serviced and maintained. They will take your car without even considering your partnership. They are horrible. The supervisor is rude and very intentional on towing your car without verifying g beyond the PAPER that they give you.

All low level parking was roped off. The rest of the tower was filled with rubble. Felt like it was going to collapse. Paid a full 10 bucks with my event ticket for this parking experience. Very sketchy.On top of that, base level doors to the elevator lock after dark, so enjoy walking up the ramps a level to get to the rickety elevator by miner lamp. If you value your safety don't park here.

I parked here for the first time attending a downtown event. Never again! Signage and directions were tiny or confusing or sparse or nonexistent. When returning to the car, every entrance door was locked! I walked up an entry ramp to get inside the garage. $9 for less then four hours on a Saturday. Payment machines take credit cards only. Naturally no attendant on duty and no way to contact anyone when the machine spit out my card. Park anywhere else no matter how far - stay away from this filthy garage!
