I was pleasantly surprised to receive the upmost professionalism and courtesy! Mr. Ed was honest, thorough, and respectful. He did not hide the possibility of the job price increasing, if what he proposed as a first possible remedy was not adequate. He took into account all of my concerns. He did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend him, and certainly hire him again!

Brownwood provided the most attractive roof possible, at the lowest cost possible. It just doesn’t get any better. They listened to our concerns and wishes, and provided many onsite samples to help us make the best choice. While they were careful not to influence our choice with their own opinion, they were influential in finding a beautiful roof at a lower price than we originally thought we would need to pay. The work was high quality and assured that the parts of a roof that are not seen will provide maximum years of service. And Brownwood proved to be trustworthy and respectful of our property through the process.
