I really found a lot of value from our session together! Brittany is professional, thorough, and empathetic. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to craft a plan of action. I left feeling a lot better than when I came in- walking taller, feeling more open and relaxed. I’ll definitely be going back!
Hi my name is Nick,I am an avid weightlifter/strongman.I’ve been training for 13 years. I’ve know Brittney for over 10 years. At one point I saw her once a week for about 3.5 to 4 years.I have aches and pains and have had many injuries throughout my career in strength sports. Every single time I have gone to Brittney she has fixed all of my problems and helped me rehab my body back to 100%.I can say without a doubt, if you are an athlete or a weightlifter of any kind.
