Rachel gave a very thorough evaluation of John’s current needs for wheelchair replacement. She asked to have an assessment with needs for his current physical abilities ; his future needs & goals; while giving attention to his behavioral skills & desires to achieve improvement in Quality of Life abilities. 2. Ken Carr is a terrific, kind, understanding, insurance knowledgeable, physical therapist evaluator, He's helping my husband with physical therapy, implementing hardware changes in our apartment, and applying for PT and OT for my husband. I absolutely love this place. Owen is attentive, professional, and a joy to be around. He loves what he does and it shows when he is working with me.I look forward to our therapy sessions. My recovery is coming along beautifully because of Owen’s readiness to see that I stay on track!
