Joining Body Refinery and Cerys journey a little over a year ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Over this last year I have learnt so much about myself and my body and gained confidence along the way, watching this group grow over the last year has been amazing and I can not recommend this journey enough to anyone. Best group of girls, best coach, best bootcamp!!x
Bootcamp was exactly what I needed after lockdown, Cerys has made exercising so much fun again and the other girls are all incredible!! Everything’s so flexible that you can just go to a class when it suits and you know you’ll feel comfortable in any of them. It’s hard work but Cerys is there to support you and push you on when you need it - the class has given me the confidence to get back to the gym and actually have a good idea of what I’m doing, so thank you Cerys !!! 💕
