The technician Matt came out to give me a quote because another well known company who came to inspect the 5-year old furnace for the winter said I needed a new one. Matt inspected the furnace and let me know if was a complete scam what the other company was trying to do. Best Service HVAC will always be my first call every time.
All around great service!! Everyone there is so helpful and accommodating and made sure that I was able to get a new furnace quickly and efficiently in the middle of a cold snap! When I thought I smelled gas leaking at 3 am, they responded quickly and walked me through everything. Couldn’t have asked for better service!
Excellent customer service and 5 star company all around. Our furnace stopped working at a rental property and they were able to get a technician out same day to take a look. The owner, Russ, got involved that evening after hours to personally call, look over the details, and ensure we had a spot on the schedule the very next day so our tenants could have heat back quickly.
