I live in Maryland. After four eye exams and nine pair of progressive lenses which were returned due to incorrect prescriptions and blurriness, my sister who lives in Upper Arlington, suggested I come to Ohio and see Tim. It was the best decision I made. He took the time to explain why all my other glasses failed. He picked out my new glasses, filled the prescription and mailed them to me. She is amazing, picks the best frames for me, I'm terrible at it alone. Plus always feel comfortable getting adjustments they always make me feel welcome. Don't go anyplace else!
