If I could rate Lindsay 10000 stars I would. She was the best investment in my pregnancy health I made. Not only did she help with my pelvic and low back pain while pregnant, she also prepped me for the easiest and best birth I could have ever had. I truly recommend her to ANYONE. If she doesn’t know what or how to help you (which is not likely because she’s incredibly knowledgeable) then she’ll find out. She always made sure that I was getting the most out of my sessions with her, and for that I am truly grateful.

Lindsay is amazing!! There were so many things I was trying that doctors told me to try that weren’t working. She listened and talked about what we could do to help what was going on, together. I felt no judgement from her, ever. Literally the perfect service provider and I’ve been recommending her to all my friends.

Can’t say enough great things about Anchor Pelvic Health! I was able to get all the postnatal help I needed and even fix some issues I didn’t even know were related to pelvic health!
