We needed carpet removed and waterproof vinyl plank installed in a very large room with 2 built in features. They tightened up the sub floor to eliminate squeaks and installed new floor. They did a beautiful job around the builtin wardrobe and desk. Came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the mess and were just great. Reasonably priced too.

Joann was very helpful with getting our flooring ordered. There was a little issue with the shipping & that's the only reason 4 & not 5 stars. She was easy to get ahold of in emails & on the phone & always emailed or called right back. I was a little apprehensive about ordering through a company I wasn't familiar with, especially with all the scamming that happens. But they were definitely legitimate & did their best to complete our transaction.

He was professional, courteous, and responsive every step of the way for our project. From beginning to end, he stayed involved and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Truly John Williams understands and values customer service. I would work with him again in a heartbeat!
