Our family is grateful for their thoughtful and kind relationship they have developed with both our Mother and Father. We, as a family, have piece of mind knowing that our parents are in the best care in all of Columbus.

I highly recommend Always There Home Care. My 82-year-old father has Alzheimer's Disease and receives 24-hr care in his home. We were careful about Covid-19, excluding all visitors except his caregivers and daughters. Last January, a week before he would have gotten his shot, my dad contracted Covid-19 and his regular care company was not able to care for him. My dad, agitated by his illness and Alzheimer's, was impossible to care for without risk of infecting others. He wouldn't keep his mask on and flailed in the bathroom and bed. I highly recommend Always There Home Care. My 82-year-old father has Alzheimer's Disease and receives 24-hr care in his home. We were careful about Covid-19, excluding all visitors except his caregivers and daughters. Last January, a week before he would have gotten his vaccine, my dad contracted Covid-19 and his regular care company was not able to care for him. My dad, agitated by his illness and Alzheimer's, was impossible to care for without risk of infecting others. He wouldn't keep his mask on and flailed in the bathroom and bed. I ended up catching Covid-19 from him, and being over 50 with asthma, I became sick quickly. We didn't want other family members, who also have chronic conditions, to step in for fear they would become sick, too. After calling dozens of companies, my sister found Always There, and they were prepared. They had thought ahead and vaccinated many of their employees and several had already recovered from the disease. They showed up within four hours. After having struggled to take care of my agitated father, the Always There team was able to calm him. They were not flustered or bothered by his behavior. They knew how to bathe him, soothe him, keep him hydrated, monitor his pulse-ox and encourage him to eat. They wanted to know about his family and interests so they could talk with him and make him laugh. I honestly cried with relief, knowing I could rest and he would be well-cared for. I can't say enough about the Always There Team. We are both recovered and owe a huge debt of gratitude to the Always There Team for helping us when we needed it most.
