I had ongoing AC issues and needed three different technicians before it was finally resolved. Two visits didn't fix the problem, but the third technician, AJ, figured out what the others missed. When I had another issue today, I was relieved to see AJ was the one coming out, because I knew he'd get it handled. He did, once again. Thank you, AJ, for your reliability and excellent customer service!!
