I was in this past Friday evening picking up a online order for a battery that I had. When I tell you the two gentlemen who helped me out went above and beyond and some they truly did. It had already been an overwhelming week with this car and the fact it was Friday evening and I thought I was just picking up a battery for them to put it in my car for me and I would be in and out pretty quickly and of course something else went wrong. I was super stressed out considering I had my son's trunk or treat which was out in Grove City during rush hour. This location was helpful getting the right battery for my ten year old car and they partnered with the Pep Boys next door to help get it installed quickly. I appreciate that they have a good working relationship with their neighboring businesses and seem to care about customer service.
Younger gentleman was great the 1st and 2nd time I was there today. But I’m pretty sure that the guy’s name is Jawanza, that was rude the about asking for my ID and was rude when I was walking back in the door with a snobby face and poor attitude calling me stupid over my ID because I asked if I could show my confirmation email, although I was actually getting my ID. Was just trying to avoid a trip back out. This man must be 50 years old acting like I owe him something. Would totally come here while the younger dude is working, but will attempt to avoid the other man. There’s plenty of parts stores very close.
