Call them first, don't waste your time calling anyone else like we did. We lost the key fob to our car and got the run around from other companies. Shai was there within 15min of our call on a Sunday afternoon. He wasted no time making keys and a fob for us and 10min later he was done. Not to mention the fob was identical to the OEM one. Shai was fast, friendly and very professional.
