We have been with Holloway Insurance for over ten years. Chuck Murdoch is a wonderful insurance agent. He has always done his best and is personable. I couldn’t give the business 5 stars because I have had to deal with other employees at the business and they are not as knowledgeable as Chuck and do not provide the same level of customer service. We are in the process of closing on a home loan and Kim would not send over the necessary home owners insurance binder because we had not paid our car insurance payment which was not due for four days.
