There are no words to accurately describe the stellar perfomance of this company . Yesterday around 11am our furnace stopped working. I called the office and Brian was here about 2:30. Brian has been to our home before on calls and told us at the last visit (2 years ago) that we may want to start thinking about replacing our furnace well, that's what needed to be done. Today, our new furnace was installed by two knowledgeable, professional installers who were very kind and respectful. We highly recommend Custom Comfort Systems for ALL of your heating needs. Not ONCE were we pressured, all of our questions were answered and we now have a relationship for LIFE!

These guys are amazing - helped us out twice now with urgent matters and showed up the same day. When more extensive work was needed, they were honest and efficient and very easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be calling them again when a need arises. Highly recommended.
