We made the change sooner than expected because our Lynk was sick with an ear infection (ruptured ear drum) AND infection in both ears and needed attention that he was not getting from our previous vet. I was a WRECK when I came in and felt instantly at ease with all of the attention and second opinions from staff looking at my pup's ear. The amount of knowledge, empathy and care was something you can't really put a price on. I will not ever go anywhere else again.“

8017 Columbia Rd, Olmsted Falls“Wow! I was very impressed ! I brought the cat in and they didn't spend 45 minutes trying market and up sell services I didn't ask for! They were friendly, they were soothing with our cat, and dealt with a problem at hand. This is the way a veterinarian should be! Definitely I give Falls Veterinary Clinic a 5 Star review.“
“Our English lab 12 yrs old female was sick ? on a Friday night at 10:00 pm no vets open. We called our local vet and he referred us to RAH. My husband drove 1 .15 min to the hospital, and wow we impressed with this bunch they have it going on. This place is worth the trip the drive and cost. They were not cheap!!“

Another vet just kept taking my money and didn't run tests to find out what was going on. Sadly, I still likely would have lost my bird, but he suffered. Dr. Lindstrom actually cares and really listens. He really wants to help. Now my other bird is in good hands. Every living thing has a shelf life, but I know if something should happen, my other bird won't suffer. This is a doctor who really cares.“

36400 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville“I’ve had my last two dogs and cat there. I’ve heard so many people say how expensive they are and yes they are, but so are other vets. You get what you pay for. The services there are excellent, from the emergency services, regular visits, the veterinarians and the staff is great. I had my boy Roman there several times as he has been fighting cancer. During one of his visits he had to stay in the emergency room area and I was able to go back there to visit him. I was so shocked to see how it looked. It was cleaner than a human emergency room and you could actually talk to someone. They had a tech sitting right outside his cage watching him his entire stay. I can not say enough good things about this clinic, from the techs, staff and veterinarians there. Roman got tired and fought a good battle with cancer. I will truly miss my big boy. I would like to thank the techs and the veterinarian that took care of Roman on his final day. When the time is right I will definitely use Animal Clinic Northview again!“
“What a great vet. My beagle and I went there because he was having problems with his hind legs, he couldn't really control them. Dr. V. Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.“

“I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine. You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV“

Never hesitated to return with my current dog. She is a rescue with came with a lot of fear aggression and they never had any qualms or hesitation with treating her. She is a guardian breed, which most vets insist on sticking a muzzle on, which only upsets her. BCPH has no muzzle mandates. So kind and understanding, my dog loves them!“

600 Cleveland St, Elyria“Elyria Animal Hospital has long been a pillar of excellence in veterinary care, renowned for its exceptional services, compassionate care, and unwavering dedication to pets and their owners. The hospital's reputation is built on a foundation of trust, expertise, and an undeniable passion for animals, making it a premier choice for pet healthcare in the community.During my numerous visits, I've observed firsthand the lengths to which the staff goes to ensure each pet receives the highest level of care. They offer comprehensive examinations, utilizing the latest in veterinary technology, and always provide clear, thoughtful communication to pet owners about the diagnosis and treatment options. Their approach is holistic, focusing not just on treating symptoms but on ensuring the overall well-being and quality of life of every animal they care for.Regarding the recent negative review that criticized the hospital for its handling of a diagnostic request based solely on a cat urine sample, it's important to consider the broader context. Veterinary medicine, much like human medicine, relies on a combination of symptoms, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately identify and treat health issues. A sample, while valuable, is often just one piece of the puzzle. The professional staff at Elyria Animal Hospital understands that a thorough examination is crucial for an accurate diagnosis, reflecting their commitment to the health and safety of the pets they treat. It's also worth noting that the individual who left the negative review appears to have a history of posting exclusively negative comments across various services. This pattern might suggest a predisposition towards dissatisfaction, which unfortunately can detract from the credibility of their critiques. In contrast, the overwhelming majority of feedback about Elyria Animal Hospital from numerous other sources is overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the hospital's dedication, professionalism, and compassion. The claim that the hospital is solely motivated by money is unfounded and unfair. The care and attention provided by the Elyria Animal Hospital staff clearly demonstrate their primary concern is for the health and well-being of the animals. They offer transparent pricing and work with pet owners to find the best treatment options within their budgets, always prioritizing the animal's needs. In conclusion, Elyria Animal Hospital is a testament to what veterinary care should be: professional, compassionate, and dedicated to the well-being of pets. Their approach to care is comprehensive and grounded in a deep understanding of the needs of animals and their owners. For anyone seeking top-notch veterinary services, Elyria Animal Hospital remains a distinguished and trusted choice.“
