We had Benedict roofing replace our roof last May. We had three or four roofers come out for bids. I know enough about roofing to know ours needed replaced eventually. The shingles were 17-year-old construction grade shingles and were worn pretty bad. Eric was the only roofer that told me I could probably let them go for another year or two, which I agreed with. He was also the only one who gave me a bid for 1 year at a very good price.I decided to have the roof done last May. He and his crew of five completed the job in one day. I had them out to look at my roof and to say they were helpful is an understatement. They looked at my roof and suggested my roof was fine for now and did not need a new roof. They also went above and beyond and fixed some loose shingles. Did not charge!!! Who does that anymore. when I do need a roof guess who I will call.
