I wished they had let me know there was a difference between new construction windows and replacement windows. Now, I have to find someone who will install the windows I bought that I can't return.

I don't typically post about companies but this experience was so glaringly painful I couldn't help but not. I was having to try to match up a shingle and 84 lumber was the only local distributor to carry it. I had about 9 separate phone calls to 84 lumber to try to simply pick up and pay for the shingles, specifically because the sales team seemed unaware of how to sell a product over the phone, how to allow a pick up at their ware house and the logistics of selling shingles. They then attempted to charge me over $140 a bundle of shingles (a typical comparable bundle is about $27). It took significant pushback to get them to lower the price point to about $50 a bundle....read full review

Ordered a sliding glass door, after changing the date 6 times it finally came in. It was completely wrong, wrong opening and wrong dimensions. They told me it was thier fault and not the door manufacturer. They acted like they didn't care , refunded me but not even an apology for my costs ,losses., or time.
